First time I'm using this company and I'm very happy with their customer service. The car was in excellent condition, fair price as well. Highly recommend!

We live in VT permanently and now use Europa Auto Rent to repair and service my vehicle. The company is still under the same ownership — Stephan — offering excellent service. The mechanic, Marian, speaks perfect English so nothing is lost in translation. The company still has a huge fleet of cars for rent, all in superb condition and serviced. You can rent here with total confidence.

Have used this company two years in a row now and have had nothing but excellent service and great experience. Always on time as agreed and could not do more for us as customers. Will be returning again and again! Thank you.

Spent some time in VT not realizing it would be so difficult to hire a car. Then I found Europa Auto Rent. It could not have been any simpler. Filled the forms in online and paid the amount. We needed a car to use in VT but to be left in central Sofia — this was not a problem. Stefan (the owner) greeted us outside of the rented apartment in VT. The car was in excellent condition and drove very well. The service and professionalism from Europa was first class. When I return to VT they will be the first company I will contact for car rental. Great company, great service and great price.

I am using their services few times a year and I am always happy. Fair prices, great cars and amazing service.

Thank you for the excellent car hire service. It is good to do business with you again.

I very much look forward to booking with you again Europautorent. You have always provided me with an excellent service and I hope this can continue on this occasion also. Thanks

I rent a car in Sofia at the airport. I choose first a Citroen C3 for 2 weeks, but unfortunately I changed in 1 week. I received another car from them, more expensive, without extra paying. Nice car, good quality. The car was on time. Friendly staff. Really correct company. I rented so many cars in Bulgaria from different companies, but from this company I'm very very satisfied.

The young lady who waited on me was extremely very professional and courteous. She made my first rental with you feel like I was a valued customer who had rented from you for years. I look forward to bringing that into fruition.

This was our first time renting from Europe Auto Rent and we were very pleased with the whole experience. Your price was lower than other companies. Our rental experience was good from start to finish, so we'll be back in the future.
